Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and add-ons work for Inflovy paid plans.

Billing provider

Inflovy subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Paddle may appear on your bank statement and may process payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds according to its buyer terms and applicable law.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period unless the account is suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or a violation of our terms.

Refund eligibility

If you believe a charge was made in error, or Inflovy is not a fit shortly after your first paid purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • unused time after a voluntary cancellation
  • failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • plan or add-on capacity that was available during the billing period
  • accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations
  • requests made after the 14-day review window, except where required by law

Add-ons and plan changes

Add-ons such as extra members, projects, addresses, or retention capacity are billed as part of your subscription. Removing an add-on stops future add-on billing but does not automatically refund previously billed add-on charges.

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations may take effect at the end of the billing period depending on how the change is processed in Paddle and Inflovy billing settings.

How to request a refund

To request a refund review, contact Inflovy support with the email used for purchase, the workspace name if available, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.

Paddle may also provide buyer support and refund request options through its checkout, receipt, or buyer support flows.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, withdrawal rights, or refund rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.
