By accessing or using Inflovy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Inflovy is an inbound-only email identity management platform. It allows developers and teams to create, organise, and monitor persistent email addresses that receive mail. Inflovy does not send, forward, or relay email on behalf of users — it is strictly a receive-only service.
You may use Inflovy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
Inflovy is currently in an early-access / MVP phase. The service is provided as-is without any uptime guarantee or service level agreement (SLA). Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each workspace is owned by the user who created it. The workspace owner is responsible for the actions of all members they invite.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or remain inactive for extended periods on the free tier.
You retain ownership of the data in your workspace, including inbound message content and address configurations. By using Inflovy you grant us the right to store and process this data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Messages are subject to the retention schedule of your plan tier. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from plan downgrades, account closure, or expiry of the retention window.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inflovy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
